How can working in the Buffalo startup ecosystem help your startup thrive?

ET We're excited to be in a location where we can have a large portion of our customer service agents in-house. Additionally, there are large companies in the area (like Ingram Micro) that are key players in the consumer supply chain that would be valuable partners.

What's your why? (Why did you create this company?)

ET I love supply chains - the nuts and bolts of how goods and services are delivered. That's why my first job was in commodities and today, as we transition from a manufacturing to a service economy, what we’re doing at HiOperator is essentially creating the assembly line and supply chain for customer service.

If you could perform live on stage with one singer or band, who would it be? Why?

ET I'm not much of a live performer. I think I'd rather be the producer - the force behind the scenes that makes it all happen. In a way, that's very much what HiOperator is.
