HiOperator provides customer service as-a-service. We help companies overcome the classic challenges of customer service through a combination of automation, technology, and amazing people.
ET We're excited to be in a location where we can have a large portion of our customer service agents in-house. Additionally, there are large companies in the area (like Ingram Micro) that are key players in the consumer supply chain that would be valuable partners.
ET I love supply chains - the nuts and bolts of how goods and services are delivered. That's why my first job was in commodities and today, as we transition from a manufacturing to a service economy, what we’re doing at HiOperator is essentially creating the assembly line and supply chain for customer service.
ET I'm not much of a live performer. I think I'd rather be the producer - the force behind the scenes that makes it all happen. In a way, that's very much what HiOperator is.
