    Our first Marketing hire is expected to have prior experience building communities, and creating engaging content. In this cross-functional role, you will have exposure to all levels of the organization. You will build new solutions to enable scale and impact conversion across all channels. You will manage our Marketing Systems, define key processes, and build alignment with our Product/Engineering team. You are dynamic and thrive in fast growing/fast changing environments. You have a strategic mindset to identify gaps and opportunities for accelerating growth. You have a systems mindset, love innovative, are organized, a team player, and have strong project management skills.

    Our growth hacker will be part of the marketing team, and will work closely with engineering and sales.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising including LinkedIn and Twitter Ads, Adwords. Responsible for creating all display ads for those campaigns.
    • Experience working with Fullstory, Google Analytics and Optimizely
    • Blogging: Consistent content creation for in-bound
    • Webinars: Own all promotion, logistics, and operations including partner webinars, weekly product demo webinars, and weekly office hours.
    • SEO: Responsible for monitoring and optimizing website SEO strategy, including using Optimizely for A/B testing and a number of other keyword research projects.
    • Social Media: Manage all organic social channels.
    • Events: Manage conference logistics on-site.
    • Implement a system for measuring, reporting, and optimizing key user growth metrics

     

    Requirements:

    • Innate interest in learning about customer behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
    • Good understanding of statistics
    • Experienced in content writing on the fly
    • Excellent understanding of conversions through SEM and PPC
    • Willing to learn what you don’t already know
