Fall activities in Buffalo, NY 🍁

Blog

Here in Buffalo, we are lucky enough to enjoy all four seasons, each with indoor and outdoor activities year-round! Fall in WNY is especially beautiful, as deep shades of amber, auburn, and crimson engulf the trees, creating breathtaking foliage views across Lake Erie and its surrounding areas.

If you’re making your way to the Queen City for 43North Finals on October 28th, here are a few fall activities you can check out while you’re here:

🍎 Mayer Brothers Cider Mill
📍1540 Seneca Creek Rd, Buffalo, NY 14224
Located just 15 from downtown, this WNY staple serves the community with nothing but the best apple cider on the east coast! This family-owned business has been delivering satisfaction to Western New Yorkers of all ages since its founding in 1852. The cider mill is renowned for its apple cider slushies and secret recipe doughnuts, but you will find much more upon arrival. Homestyle baked pies, donuts, candied apples, jams, maple syrups, artisan cheese – you name it!

🍷 Niagara Wine Trail Taste & Treat
📍Various locations, north of Buffalo
You heard us right, taste AND treat! Visit some of Western New York’s finest wineries during this event that lasts the entire month of October. Taste & treaters will enjoy three tastes of wine paired with a Halloween treat from each participating winery. Some of these wineries include (but are not limited to!) 810 Meadworks, Liten Buffel, and Schulze Vineyards & Winery. Wine up!
