Buffalo-based company to participate in 43North Finals on Oct. 5
BUFFALO, NY – Today, 43North announced that 43North Alternate Finalist Rachel’s Remedies from Buffalo has been elevated to be one of the 16 Finalist companies that will compete for a cut of $5 million in cash awards at 43North Finals at Shea’s Performing Arts Center on Oct. 5.
Rachel’s Remedies makes natural consumer medical products designed to solve important healthcare issues. Rachel’s Remedies licenses its Breastfeeding Relief Packs and Antimicrobial Breast Pads to Dr. Brown’s, the #1 baby bottle seller in the U.S. with distribution in over 60 countries. New products are in development with patents pending.
Rachel’s Remedies takes the place of Selfycart, which has withdrawn from participation in 43North Finals.

43North is the $5 million startup competition, awarding cash prizes to some of the best entrepreneurs and startups from around the world. 43North winners also receive free incubator space in Buffalo for one year, guidance from mentors in related fields, and access to other business incentive programs such as START-UP NY. 43North operates through the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Buffalo Billion initiative and grants from Empire State Development and the New York Power Authority.
