BUFFALO, N.Y. — The University at Buffalo’s Bright Buffalo Niagara program will showcase the next wave of entrepreneurs and promising startup companies on June 15, and will include a keynote address by Bill Rancic, entrepreneur, investor and winner of “The Apprentice.”

Registration is open to the public until June 10. BBN is presented by UB’s New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences and sponsored by Superior Group.
When: 1:30-7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15.
- Opening remarks by CBLS Executive Director Norma Nowak, PhD, will take place at 2 p.m.
- Live pitches from 35 entrepreneurs will be held from 2:10-4 p.m.
- Entrepreneur trade show booths and cocktail reception will be open from 4-6 p.m.
- Keynote address featuring Bill Rancic will run from 6-7 p.m.
- Award ceremony featuring a $20,000 grand prize and $5,000 people’s choice award will be held from 7-7:15 p.m.
