3 things you should probably know about DDG co-founder, Alphonse Harris

Alphonse Harris is 27 and thriving–he requested age inclusion, as his college cross country team picture below looks eerily reminiscent of a picture taken in the 80s. You may know him as the co-founder and acting COO of the 43North-winning company, Disease Diagnostics Group. We know him for some other reasons. Let’s get to the good stuff.

He’s a competitive runner

Anyone around here will tell you that Alphonse is surprisingly competitive. He’s also extremely athletic. Combine the two, and you have an all-state runner during his college years in Ohio attending Denison College. We ask that you please direct all attention to number 21 and his flowing locks.

He loves ‘The Bachelorette’p12707699_b_v8_aa

Personally, I was pretty excited when I
learned this one. Alphonse legitimately gets together with friends and watches the Bachelorette every week. For those of you familiar and, I’m sure, wondering, he thinks Jordan has potential to win, but knows he’s not to be trusted. He also sees a possible future for JoJo and Luke. I kid you not, he shared this with us.

His goal is to be on ‘Penn and Teller: Fool Us’

Alphonse’s second biggest dream (after DDG, of course) is to appear on the TV show ‘Penn and Teller: Fool Us.’ If you don’t know, contestants come on and perform magic tricks for famous Las Vegas magicians with the hopes to stump them. Small road block–Alphonse does not, in fact, know how to do magic. I guess that’s why they call it a dream. Let us take a moment of silence to imagine Alphonse in a top hat, though.
